Shipping
We currently ship anywhere in North America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We offer free shipping on orders above $10 (custom orders excluded). For smaller items, USPS First Class is used. These packages take 3-5 business days, depending on your location. For larger items, we use USPS Priority, which takes about 1-3 business days.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
From the Shop
Returns or exchanges (less original shipping charge, if applicable) are available for items* purchased directly from Original Greek’s website or Etsy shop within 30 days from date of receipt. Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition**. Please see below for specific conditions for return/exchange based on specific product categories. Return/exchange is not available for sale items or customized products (e.g. engraved flasks, semi-customs).
*Unless the product’s item description notes that it cannot be returned or stipulates a different return policy time period
**New, Unaltered, and Unused Condition means an item that is returned without showing signs of wear or damage
OG Custom Paddles
Our OG Custom Paddles are made alongside with you from the beginning. Although we do not offer any returns or exchanges, we make sure to stay in communication up until delivery of the paddle.
